League Rules

1
Registration

You can register online or in-person for drop-ins, membership, or season pass. All players must register to participate.

2
Membership Identification

Registered players will receive seasonal bracelets to indicate valid membership or pass. When you arrive and your registration has been confirmed, you’ll be placed on a team.

3
Pay Fees and Sign Waivers

Games are $10 per session for non-members. Membership or season pass holders do not pay per session. Waivers must be signed before playing.

4
Play at Your Own Risk

Participation is at your own risk. All players must read and agree to the Code of Conduct and Liability Notice and sign forms before playing.

5
The Rule of 10 - Waived games

If there are 10 or less players after 1 hour of start time, drop-in fees are waived. Players are given vouchers for the next game or can request a refund.

(A 5v5 game is the maximum to be considered an "unofficial" game, so you'll always play at least a 5v5 game at any game time!)

Game Format & Flow

Games are designed to promote fair play, quick rotation, and an enjoyable pace for all participants. The structure varies based on the number of players and teams.

1
Team Formation
  • Teams are formed with 5 (indoor) or 7 (outdoor) players each.

  • Games run in timed sessions: 7 or 10 minutes, depending on the number of teams.

  • Players may join or leave between game sessions.

2
Rotation Rules
  • When there are 2–4 teams:

    • Each rotation last 7 minutes or until the first 2 goals are scored.

    • With 3 teams, the team with 2 wins rotates out.

  • When there are 5+ teams (outdoor only):

    • 2-3 fields are used.

    • Games last 10 minutes (no first-goal rule).

    • The team with more goals switches fields.

    • In case of a draw, the team that has been on the field the longest rotates.

    • A 2-minute break is used between sessions to shuffle teams.
